The selection process consists of three stages: • Stage 1: 90-Minute Cognitive Assessment • Stage 2: 26-Day Piscine Challenge • Stage 3: Admission into the Advanced Builder Fellowship based on performance and selection criteria.

The assessment fee is ₹6,000 + GST.

The Piscine is a 26-day immersive challenge where candidates work on practical projects and demonstrate their problem-solving ability, learning agility, collaboration, and commitment.

The program fee is ₹21,500 + GST.

Yes. Candidates who successfully complete Stage 1 and Stage 2 and meet POSSPOLE's selection criteria become eligible for a Sponsored Fellowship valued at ₹19.5 Lakhs.

No. The sponsored fellowship is awarded only to candidates who successfully qualify through all selection stages and satisfy POSSPOLE's eligibility requirements and program policies.
